Kaizen Development Partners (KDP) is pleased to announce that it has completed NETSCOUT at One Bethany, a new state-of-the-art, 145,000 square-foot, Class A regional office headquarters located within One Bethany at Watters Creek in Allen, Texas.
NETSCOUT SYSTEMS, INC. (NASDAQ: NTCT), a leading provider of business service assurance, cyber-security and business intelligence solutions, has relocated its regional office from Plano to the facility in Allen, which is employee-focused and features efficient, open office spaces, outdoor courtyards with amenities, a fitness center, a cafeteria and a parking garage. NETSCOUT hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at the facility on August 14, 2018, just one day after moving over 500 employees into the facility. NETSCOUT selected KDP as the project developer late in the Spring of 2017, in large part because of KDP’s commitment to working with the City of Allen to ensure the facility would be completed and ready for occupancy on or before July 31, 2018.
The completion milestone represents the culmination of a monumental effort on the part of KDP, NETSCOUT, the City of Allen, the Allen Economic Development Corporation (AEDC), and the entire design and construction team, each of whom worked tirelessly to shepherd the project from groundbreaking to move-in in just 371 days. Chris Doggett and Blake Shipley also lead the leasing and marketing efforts for the balance of One Bethany at Watters Creek, KDP’s 17-acre corporate office campus that is expected to contain over 1,000,000 square feet of high quality office space at full build out. KDP recently completed the first building on the campus, known as One Bethany East, which is a 125,000 square-foot, luxury Class A office building that is now nearly 90% leased. Additional office development sites are available and capable of accommodating an additional 800,000 square feet of single or multi-tenant corporate users. KDP is currently pre-leasing the third building on the campus, which is expected to contain at least 200,000 square feet of high quality office space.
