The Farm in Allen is a 135-acre mixed-use development that broke ground on Phase 1 in 2021 and will include a premier entertainment district featuring The Hub along with over 1.6 million SF of office all centered around West Lake Park. The family friendly project’s first phase is now open.
Designed to be a premier place to live, work and play, the Farm in Allen will include:

2.5-acre lake, boardwalk restaurants, and over two miles of trails which will tie into Allen’s extensive hike and bike trail system
16-acre greenbelt along Watters Creek and four park areas
142,000 SF of retail, a 150-key hotel, 60,000 SF of restaurants, townhomes and 2,400 urban residential units
FarmWORK One – 102,000 SF Class A office building is now open
The Hub – a family friendly entertainment venue with live music, televised sports, and movies
The development will tie into the extensive City of Allen hike and bike trail system and will also include a number of energy efficient and sustainable design features.
Allen will continue to have that unique, home-town feel driven by the fact that we have our roots of a smaller community growing into a largercommunity.
