SHOPPING & DINING

Allen has shopping and dining destinations for every taste and style.

Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm

Watters Creek is a unique mixed-use urban park with ample green space, wide sidewalks, and narrow streets that give visitors a Main Street window shopping feel.

The development offers a complete mix of uses including a large creek-side village green, interactive public art, a variety of retail options, restaurants featuring al-fresco dining and water views, and office space and loft apartments.

The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview

Together, these two developments are the newest and biggest shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations in North Texas. However, unlike most suburban shopping centers, these developments incorporate traffic calming and a multi-use design that encourage walkability.  Shopping anchors include Macy’s, Dillard’s, JCPenney, Whole Foods Market, and Cabela’s.

The Village at Allen is anchored by the Allen Event Center, the city’s hub for entertainment and sports events. Visitors can park for free at the Event Center’s garage and walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and bars.

Allen Premium Outlets

This center provides regional upscale shopping with discounts at over 100 designer outlet stores. Stores include Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, J.Crew, Banana Republic, Neiman Marcus Last Call. The mall is currently undergoing an expansion and revamp adding 125,000 SF of additional space.

Shopping & Dining In Greater Dallas

Home to one of the most dynamic and exciting shopping destinations in the country, Dallas’ shopping choices reflect its global nature. Numerous high-end shops can be found in NorthPark Center, Galleria Dallas, and the Shops at Willow Bend.

A global city also enjoys an international palate with dining options ranging from Texas favorites like steaks, barbecue and Tex Mex to international cuisine and innovative bistros.
