Monarch City

The Howard Hughes Corporation, one of the most experienced developers in creating mixed-use environments in the country, recently announced plans for Monarch City, a 270-acre mixed-use development at the corner of Central Expressway (US-75) and Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH-121).

Monarch City will feature up to 9 million SF of corporate campus facilities, urban residential units, and retail and retail hospitality. The vision for Monarch City is to create a unique urban environment that combines the walkability desired by today’s corporate users with the high quality of life of the area.
