Monarch City is located on one of the few remaining sites in the Dallas-Fort Worth area located at the intersection of two major highways. With direct access to Central Expressway (US-75) and Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH-121), companies and residents will have easy access to and from the site:

  • 30 minute ride to Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport via a direct route on SH-121
  • 25 minutes to Downtown Dallas
  • 9 minutes to the Dallas North Tollway and Legacy West
  • 11 minutes to President George Bush Turnpike
  • 5 minutes to US-380

Additionally, the NTTA is currently designing a fourth-lane expansion in each direction on Sam Rayburn Tollway to get ahead of future growth. The additional lane is expected to open by 2021.
