Allen’s premiere Class A office park

One Bethany at Watters Creek is a 17-acre, multi-phase, Class A corporate office park now open at the northwest corner of Central Expressway and Bethany Drive. One Bethany currently has three buildings either planned or open:

  • One Bethany East (Now Open) – The first building of the park to open, One Bethany East offers 125,000 SF of Class A office space. In roughly 5 months post opening, the building was substantially leased.  Credit Union of Texas will anchor the building with 50,000 SF of space when they move in Q2 of 2019.  Video game developer BossFight Entertainment was the first to recognize One Bethany’s value and sign a lease for a 2018 move-in. Verado Energy, a Dallas-based energy firm, was the second tenant to sign a lease.
  • NETSCOUT Regional Office – Shortly after One Bethany East broke ground, Kaizen Development Partners and the Allen EDC won the relocation of NETSCOUT , a global cyber-security firm. The building features 145,000 SF of Class A space and premier amenities such as a 100% structured parking, an outdoor courtyard, employee cafeteria and putting green.
  • One Bethany West (Broke Ground May 2019 and delivering 2020) – The third building is underway, adding another 200,000 SF of Class A office space in 8 stories. One Bethany West is located directly adjacent to One Bethany East.
  • One Bethany North – Available for build-to-suit projects up to 300,000 SF on 4 acres.
